Tamati is the founder of Dashper and Kemp, bringing a decade of insurance industry expertise and a trades background to his clients. He is passionate about helping people and businesses build financial resilience against the unexpected.
Locally minded, Tamati supports the community through various sports club sponsorships. He is a devoted father and partner who balances his professional life with a love for cricket, golf, and rugby.

With a career spanning 39 years, Jane offers a unique blend of insurance expertise and compassionate insight. After successfully running her own insurance advisory, she expanded her focus by becoming a qualified counsellor - a practice she has integrated with her professional work for the past 25 years.
Jane is a firm believer in a balanced life; away from work, she is an avid gardener and walker who recharges in the company of her family and her two beloved dogs.
